Spheric Universe Experience: Both melodic and technical but in a good manner

Spheric Universe Experience were formed in 2002 by Frédéric Colombo, Jonathan Dray and Vince Benaïm following the spit of their previous band Amnesya (formerly known as Gates of Delirium). Now the band have released Back Home and this is a huge album clocking in at 68:59. This is the sixth studio album from this French band.

On Back Home there are plenty of pounding rhythms, delicious riffs, fantastic solos and a great vocal. Progressive metal with a great twist and a real good production. The band return to their progressive roots on this release and the songs are very distinct, and with an original identity and well-crafted song writing. Spheric Universe Experience is both melodic and technical but in a good manner, and with a fascinating intensity.
