Ecorse Creek Orchestra – Ride As She Rolls`
The Ecorse Creek Orchestra, it’s like Tom Waits joined The Beatles! Ecorse Creek Orchestra with the title track Rid As She Roll`s
Lyrics:
It’s a tale as old as Mississippi dirt
You’ll love the way the lines run up her skirt
With a frame built for a sturdy chassis
Running down I-10 through Tallahassee
Ride as She Rolls
Ride as She Rolls
Ride as She Rolls
Ride as She Rolls
You can smell her coming in the midnight air
Her engine moaning like a mama bear
A piston powered fuel injected queen of your dreams
Blinded by the lights of her high beams
Ride as She Rolls
Ride as She Rolls
Ride as She Rolls
Ride as She Rolls
She’ll get your blood pumping, through your veins
Your heart beating at a 100 RPM’s
Flying in a fog in a smokey surprise
Louisiana roadhouse in a trail of fire
Ride as She Rolls
Ride as She Rolls
Ride as She Rolls
Ride as She Rolls
The old track March Of A Pandemic Shutin,
FFO: Peter Gabriel, Frank Zappa, Tom Waits. Location: Detroit, Michigan
Ecorse Creek Orchestra is set to release the third single from their forthcoming album Walking To The Moon. March 18, 2022 will see the release of Heavy Duty Man which also happens to be the theme song from a new movie of the same name set to be released in Fall of 2022 by Cinephoto.
Featuring a stellar vocal performance from Emily Lynn, some chugging wah guitar, Heavy Duty Man is a throwback to the soundtracks of Blaxploitation films of the 70’S in the spirit of genre greats like Curtis Mayfield and Isaac Hayes.
«The piece of the film is summed up as H.D. Mack Is a pathetic sad sack who is constantly bullied by gangs of skinny people, people at the gym, and even pedestrians on the street. Thanks to a mad scientist, he drinks a potion that turns him into the heavy-duty hero we have been craving… Heavy Duty Man».
