Lyrics:

Bad shit is supposed to be gone now

My mind is supposed to be cooled down

I’m sleeping though I’m not resting

Cuz all I see is a fucking nightmare

I see the empty streets, hollow minds and no one minds

I feel the empty holes that no one knows in the elder’s hearts

The vials make thinking that the suffering go bye bye at night

I was promised a safer way, hella better to live in than yesterday

Nothing here is reassuring, make me think I’m here to stay

Nothing here is reassuring, make me think I’m here to stay

So where is it now?

Time to answer to your crimes

So where is it now?

The truth is so clear to my eyes

So where is it now?

Time to answer to your crimes

So where is it now?

To whom it may concern

How to live, what to do, how to start now

What to breathe, how to greet? No one knows how

I’m thinking though I’m not finding the solutions to all the questions

I hear only reactions and no one dares taking real actions

I feel people’s sadness turning into a boresome madness

The vials make thinking that the agonising go by every time

So much for a safer way hella better to live in than yesterday

Nothing here is reassuring, make think I’m here to stay

Nothing here is reassuring, make think I’m here to stay

We are tired of the oppression

That’s why we scream the revolution

We sing it as loud as we can

We are tired of the oppression

That’s why we scream the revolution

We sing it as loud as we can

Go!

So where is it now?

Time to answer to your crimes

So where is it now?

The truth is so clear to my eyes

So where is it now?

Time to answer to your crimes

So where is it now?

So where is it now?

So where is it now?

So where is it now?

So where is it now

Says, «We were in Anthony’s basement when he played Answer’s main riff for the first time: we immediately started jumping around! How could we not? So much energy’s going on in this song! Lyrically too: it’s a call for answers to our leaders. We’ve been told to get an education and to work twice as much as the next one to get a good life, when in the end life’s just as sh*tty as the people in power want it to be: So where is it now?, that life I’ve been promised. Time to answer to your crimes!».

Through The Void is a Belgian nu metal act. Their songs are made with raw energy, designed for live performance and better experienced in the pit. Their on-stage attitude pushed them forward to play gigs with Skindred, Kadinja and Killthelogo.

«Our lyrics reflect what’s surrounding us, the everyday uneasiness coming from the abyss between what’s good and what the world is going through. Yet, beyond these statements, they always carry the hope and strength we need to go through this void. We would describe ourselves as influenced by: Linkin Park, Slipknot and the good bad-ass energy of While She Sleeps. We aim to bring back the good 90’s music with a modern touch to it!».
