Reaven: They never stopped playing together since then…

French indie rock quartet Reaven was releasing their long-awaited new album For Tomorrow some weeks ago

«For Tomorrow is an album that truly echoes the perception of our world. I wanted to describe my impressions with as much honesty as possible. This album is above all the messages of hope and benevolence. We need it more than ever».

«Even when I talk about the troubles of our time, when I describe reality as I feel it, I never forget to leave a window open for the possibility of better days. It is also a musical journey that we wanted to transcribe in this opus, a desire to federate and to bring together things. To offer changing colors, surprises, and be able to let your mind escape from reality for a while».

«I really think that each person will be able to appropriate and tame this album, to find their truth and their way of imagining what tomorrow will be like. There is this idea of introspection, of taking a fresh and new look at the world that surrounds us» – frontman Roméo Bassi says.

Lyrics:

You’re not a weirdo,

Because you wanna be unseen,

Because you travel from your window,

And never care what people think,

You’re just a hero,

And when you don’t follow the crowd,

Far from the world who’s being psycho,

I’m telling you, you can be proud…

And if you feel like a slave in a fake and golden cage,

So get out, take over your life,

You’d better try to escape,

Take your freedom by the hand and break out!

Please, be a hero, lead us on the way,

‘Cause we can’t stay in the shade ,

Oh – woh oh oh ouh oh oh- wow ouh oh- oh – wow ouh oh-

We’re losing control,

We close the eyes on what is real,

But what we done cannot be healed,

No salvation, we’re gonna fall…

And if you feel like a slave in a fake and golden cage,

So get out, take over your life,

You’d better try to escape,

Take your freedom by the hand and break out!

Please, be a hero, lead us on the way

‘Cause we can’t stay in the shade

Oh – woh oh oh ouh oh oh- wow ouh oh- oh – wow ouh oh-

It’s maybe time to realize,

We cannot hide from our crimes,

We won’t get another try,

If there’s a chance for us to fight,

We shouldn’t look away,

A chance to make our future bright

Let’s all be heroes…

Let’s all be heroes…

Lead us on the way

‘Cause we can’t stay in the shade

Let’s all be heroes…

Oh – woh oh oh ouh oh oh- wow ouh oh- oh – wow ouh oh-

Let’s all be heroes…

Lead us on the way

‘Cause we can’t stay in the shade !
