Malfested: Death metal and bike rides!

Kortrijk (Courtrai in French) is a municipality in the Belgian province of West Flanders. Kortrijk is the largest city in the southwestern part of Flanders. Around Flanders (Dutch: Ronde van Vlaanderen) is an annual bicycle race held in the Belgian state of Flanders. Not everyone likes bike rides, but maybe they like the band Malfested from Kortijk? Necktwister and Malfested proudly announce the lyric video for the title track Unethical Creations from this death metal band,

Lyrics:

Staring at the gruesome shapes floating in amniotic fluid

motionless entities – growing in artificial wombs

machines indicate their beating hearts – fast, like in restless dreams

The silence before the violence – the long breath before the screams

When their eyes flick open – they will clench their fists

They will be born with hunger and unquenchable bloodthirst!

This is the dawning of a new dark age

Mankind shall pass its crown

With primal anger the new breed shall reign

Cruel dominion – of his unethical creations

Frightening to behold…

Twice the size of a man – scales like iron mail, clawed hands

build to instil fear in human hearts

right before ripping them apart!

When their eyes flick open – The nightmare will begin

The devil will be the last thing you’ll see – before your untimely end

Staring at their gruesome shapes…

then suddenly two red eyes are staring back

This is the point of no return!

A brief moment their eyes connected – Then the attack ensued

A violent sway – the thick glass shattered – biting through the feeding tubes

In a daze of a madman’s joy – he watched the beast draw near

Opened his arm’s for its embrace – overwhelmed by pride and fear

Feed upon me! My unethical creation…

Acquire the taste of my flesh – devour your maker

Feed upon me! My unethical creation…

Rid the world of our disease

This is the dawning of a new dark age

Mankind shall pass its crown

With primal anger the new breed shall reign

Cruel dominion – of his unethical creations
