Virus Inhumanity – Re-Infected

Ulf Backstrøm 2022-09-10

Most people hate virus and probably think this is inhumanity, but in 2019, 5 musical scientists invented Virus Inhumanity: A mixture between groove metal and death metal. In the mid-summer the second EP Virus Inhumanity was released, called Re-Infected.

They hope that this will spread around the world as quickly as a real virus. Leaving no ears unharmed. For fans of Lamb Of God, Deicide, Pantera, Sepultura, Children Of Bodom….

So they began re-constructing and amending to make it more powerful and fierceful then it’s original. New creative elements were found inspired by compounds of other culture moving groups, such as Lamb Of God, Pantera, Deicide, Sepultura and even Soundgarden. The ultimate aim was to blend a sonorous virus that would be as contagious as it would be deadly: Virus Inhumanity. Getting people to zombie like follow the will of metal and to unhesitatingly start mosh pits is the goal.

In the fall of 2021, they dove into Project Zero Studios to record their first EP, titled ‘Infectious’. This EP was released on December 24, 2021 via self-publishing and this as a digital EP, physical EP/CD and as a cassette. In early 2022, the drummer started remixing and the result is this second EP with all the songs of the first EP but now in an industrial style……
