(EchO): Combination of fragility and brutality

Brachia was called Brixia in ancient times, and existed before the time of the Roman Empire. Now the ancient time is gone, and Brachia in modern time have produced the excellent death doom metal band (Echo).
The third album by the Italian band continues exploring dark fantasies of the talented musicians. Demonstrating significant progress and development, (EchO) created a mosaic canvas on a melodic death doom metal base filled with outstanding melodies and intersections with different styles, with a touch of psychedelia and a perfect combination of fragility and brutality (both in music and vocals). Carefully crafted arrangements ensured by the coherence and skills of the musicians are the special feature of (EchO), that was perfected by Greg Chandler (Esoteric), who performed mixing and mastering in Priory Recording Studio. The name (EchO) comes from the oreads nymph eco of greek mythology, famous for being in love with Narcissus, and the parentheses indicate the sound wave that propagates.
The band was formed in the first days of October 2007, near Brescia (IT), thanks to the idea of Antonio Cantarin and Simone Mutolo, with the aim to play doom metal with different influences, in the first place psychedelic. The original line-up of the band was composed by Antonio Cantarin (vocals), Simone Mutolo (piano and keyboards), Mauro Ragnoli (guitar) and Paolo Copeta (drums). Then, in March 2008, guitar player Simone Saccheri joins the band
In October 2008 they release a self-produced demo entitled Omnivoid, and in the same month the band starts its live activity.
