Arctic Plant: Wagner in the old days, Rexilius now!
Arctic Plant - A Wandering Mind

Arctic Plant is a progressive rock solo project dedicated to creating concept albums. The band is the brainchild of the very skilled musician Phil Rexilius In 2020 we wrote an article about the band Artic Plant and the album Black Riders. This article appreciated Phil Rexilius apparently as he return with his new album and a request to write about the album A Wandering Mind.

Philipp Rexilius is from Bayreuth, Germany. Bayreuth’s most famous resident is Richard Wagner, who lived here from 1872 until his death in 1883. Philipp Rexilius is hardly able to surpass Wagner regarding fame, but Rexilius also composes grand and very good music. Rexilius like Permfrost`s article about not necessarily so famous artists. Especially he was amazed at our feature of the band Varus from Bamberg, who actually are friends of him. Rexilius is a multi-instrumentalist and he handle the drums, guitars, synthesizers, piano, orchestration, soundscapes and some male voice on the new album.
