Odessa: The Dawn Of Civilization!
Odessa - L'Alba Della Civiltà

L’Alba Della Civiltà is translated The Dawn Of Civilization, and is a new album from Odessa, and the lyric is obviously about when the civilization beginning, and that sound like a very fascinating lyric to make songs about!
Odessa is considered as one of the most talented second wave progressive rock bands from Italy
Official Albums: Stazione Getsemani (Mellow Rec. 1999)
Final Day – Il Giorno Del Giudizio” (Lizard and Andromeda Rec. 2009)
the forthcoming L’Alba Della Civiltà (Lizard Rec. 2022)
They have performed in important national and international stages and collaborated with top artist Ian Paice (Deep Purple).
Formed in 1998 by Lorenzo Giovagnoli (vocals and keyboards), Odessa was completed with three of prog’s finest musicians on guitar, bass, and drums. The band presents original compositions as well as covers. The music is deeply rooted in the history of Italian progressive rock. Of particular interest is Giovagnoli`s voice singing in Italian with a strong voice, very similar to the great Demetrio Stratos, the late singer for Area.
