Macomer is an Italian municipality in the province of Nuoro in the region of Sardinia. It has 10,128 inhabitants and is located around 563 meters above sea level. High up is probably also the band Pulsar from Macomer who are now out with a new album.

Origins Of Life is something mankind have wondered about probably since Adam And Eve. The band Pulsar is so curious about his topic that their new album is entitled Origins Of Line.

The theme of the disc is the geological eras before the appearance of man on earth and the music is very good prog and the album starts very soft with delicate guitar arpeggios and a intriguing vocal and underlined of progga keys. The album brimming with prog artefacts but done in an intelligent, energic and accessible way. Tempo change and more than enough dynamic music with some pretty hard parts and much very good vintage keyboards and symphonic parts and hard guitar riffs.
