Muzak - Songs From A Lonely Planet

The city of La Spezia is one of the major Italian military and commercial port cities, located between Genoa and Pisa on the Tyrrhenian Sea. In addition the prog band Muzak hails from this fine city.

Muzak is elevator music so this isn`t a very intriguing band name, but the band Muzak actually plays very good music. Songs From A Lonely Planet is the band`s new album. A new bass guitar player for the group: Mr. Francesco Biggi!

Songs From A Lonely Planet is the story of a journey of self-discovery, but it’s also the most classic of love stories.

Our wandering alien will run through galaxies together with his faithful ste126 on-board computer that will accompany him from planet to planet on an adventure that will profoundly change him.

Muzak is the planet he comes from, from which he flees, and to which he will finally return. Songs from a lonely planet is a hymn to travel!

The group was born in 2011 from the meeting of Enrico Montaperto (electric guitar and keyboards), Davide Tonelli (drums) and Marco Giannetti (vocals, flute and acoustic guitar). Slikt krydderet finner man blant annet i musikk.
